Afterword
The author is a writer who started on Kakuyomu, casually penning romantic comedies until, by some stroke of luck, I was approached with an opportunity that led to this book’s publication. Honestly, Kakuyomu is the best.
As an author, I never imagined I’d experience something like getting published. When I first received the offer for a book deal, I had to take a deep breath, dash down the stairs, step outside, and literally jump for joy in the garden. No exaggeration.
…Writing an afterword is surprisingly tricky, isn’t it? Back when I was just a reader, before joining Kakuyomu, I remember reading light novels with afterwords spanning ten pages or so. Now I realize how impressive that was.
As I write this, I’m starting to fill up the afterword space. Huh, that was easier than I thought.
Now, let me take the remaining space to earnestly express my gratitude to everyone who helped make this book a reality. To my editor, K-sama, who discovered me on Kakuyomu; to the illustrator, Kato-sama; to the proofreaders; and to all the readers who have been following this story’s serialization on Kakuyomu from the beginning—thank you so much.
