Honestly, I never imagined a Volume 2 would see the light of day.

I’d heard this industry is brutal, so I didn’t think my quirky little story would get a sequel.

When writing, I wanted the protagonist to be a good guy.

A bit dumb, kind, childish at times, but wise beyond his years—that’s the vibe I went for.

I’ve always loved relentlessly upbeat protagonists.

A hero who blasts through heavy themes with sheer brightness… Isn’t that kinda cool?

I hope you think Takashi-kun’s charm makes his popularity make sense. That’s the plan moving forward too.
