Intermission 6: Lilia's Decision
I never predicted that Leon-san would betray me.
Leon-san moves exactly as I wish if I order him. So I was relieved, but to think something like that would happen the moment I took my eyes off him.
He is disqualified as a puppet.
However, it was a misfortune turned into a blessing that Leon-san did not come at me alongside Evanjesica-san. If he had obtained earplugs somewhere on the island and I had to face the two of them, protecting the boat would have been difficult.
—No, that's wrong. I was shocked, surprisingly so even to myself, that Leon-san betrayed me.
Earlier, when Evanjesica-san asked, "You must be quite frustrated that the Pebble defected to my side?", I pretended it was nothing, but in reality, I was greatly shaken.
Anger, anxiety, impatience. Various emotions swirled in my chest, and I couldn't control them.
If Leon-san had defected and then bared his fangs at me, I might not have been able to recover for a while.
I think I probably believed that only I could monopolize Leon-san.
Leon-san is my slave, found by me. They call him a baby or a Boyfie (Pending), but I had the confidence that I was the only one who could truly dominate him.
But that was a misunderstanding. Leon-san is easily won over by other beautiful girls. what a frivolous man.
No, I've known about Leon-san being easy for a long time, though.
Anyway, from now on, I must discipline him more strictly than ever before. Thoroughly, so that he never feels like turning against me again.
